When purchasing the Sockee sock aid kit, you should expect to receive the sock donner, sock doffer, and shoe horn for both socks and shoes. The product is premium quality, lightweight and comes in the size and color you need.

Refer to the size chart on the order page of the website. Medium size is all kids, Men’s up to size 10 and women’s up to size 11. Large is men’s 10.5 to size 16 and women’s 11.5 to size 12. If you suffer from swollen ankles or feet please use a size larger.

You will need a table to place The Sockee sock aid device on, a stable chair, and a clean pair of socks.

It all depends on you! We have video tutorials for you to watch. But most get comfortable using The Sockee sock aid after just a few tries. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to always contact our customer service department.

Just in case you are not happy with The Sockee sock aid, you can return the product for a full refund within 7 days of delivery date. Yes, just enter the shipping address of the person you would like to receive the product during the checkout process. The order will be shipped to that shipping address. During checkout, you can change the billing address to the correct address on the credit card.

Yes, the payment is processed by PayPal but if you complete the order process, you will be given the option to enter a valid credit card number other than your PayPal account.

When an order has left the distribution center, a shipping confirmation will automatically be emailed to the email address on file. You will also receive the tracking number, so that you can track the product while in transit.
